SASSFA provides the following services to senior citizens and their caregivers, who
reside in the cities of La Mirada, Pico Rivera, Santa Fe Springs, Whittier, and the
connecting unincoporated areas. The services are provided in part by a grant from the
Los Angeles County Area Agency on Aging, through the Older Americans Act of 1965,
as amended. Services are provided at no cost, however, donations are gratefully accepted.

CARE MANAGEMENT
SASSFA's Care Management assists frail, elderly, and functionally impaired
adults obtain a wide variety of services.

CAREGIVER ASSISTANCE
Are you over the age of 18 and caring for a loved one age 60 or over?
Or, are you age 60 or over providing care for a grandchild under the age of 19?
SASSFA's caregiver services can help.

Proper and adequate nutrition is of the utmost importance to healthy seniors.
