It's easy! You just need to meet the following requirements:

ages 14 to 21 years

reside in one of the areas: Pico Rivera, Whittier, La Mirada,
    Santa Fe Springs, and Los Nietos

a citizen or eligible non-citizen

from a low-income family

Finally, youth in our program also must fall into
    at least one of the categories listed below:

    Pregnant or parent

    School dropout

    Requires additional assistance to complete school

    Homeless, run away, or foster child

    Offender

    Trouble with reading, writing, or math
