Realignment for California AB 109
Participants on Probation

Assembly Bill 109 (AB 109) provides employment education and job opportunities within communities through direct connection to over 200 local One-Stop Career Centers statewide.

All referrals must be made through your DPO (Deputy Probation Officer).

Services available to each eligible participant may include:

  • Job search seminars
  • Individual employment plans
  • Job development workshops
  • Supportive service referrals
  • Employment referrals
  • Job retention follow-up

*If you are an ex-offender, but not on Early Release AB 109, you are welcome to take full advantage of our standard services as well as apply for our extended services program.
